GOT FLEAS?
The least expensive option is Borax from the laundry detergent aisle at the grocery store. Simply sprinkle it on your carpet and pet bedding and brush in with a broom. You may not see results for 3 weeks, but then the fleas cycle will end for up to a year. Reapply as necessary. You can also use diatomaceous earth as an inexpensive option. It works much the same as Borax.

The best choice since it’s granular and falls down into the carpet easier: http://www.pestproducts.com/fleapowder.htm
Capstar tablets kill fleas starting within 15 minutes and works for 24 hours. This is an excellent choice when you don’t want fleas from a rescue taking over your house. Then apply Revolution or a topical recommended by your vet for 30-day protection.
